I ordered this product and honestly wasn't sure if I am supposed to rub it on my skin or drink it. There weren't clear directions on the box or bottle but it does mention it's a "dietary supplement". So, I have been consuming it and I feel like it relaxes me. It's very subtle but a great way to make sure I am relaxed at night before I go to bed. Even if part of it is mental, I still feel more at peace.
