My wife has been using it for a while and used it on my shoulder to relieve tension. It definitely helped for a bit and the scent was not too earthy.

Suggested use:
This transdermal cream can sink below the skin into tissue and beyond. In addition to muscle/nerve pain, this product is commonly used by EQ members on the abdominal area for uterine/ovarian pain. Use as needed!
