I was incredibly skeptical about this product but am happy I gave it ago. From my random joint pain or post workout soreness it can get in the way of life and sleep. I find this to perform in a similar manner to something like icy hot but a natural alternative that’s just as effective.
It has a bit of an oily texture so it glides in easily and the scent is slightly minty but not overpowering and it wears with time.
I find it helps to quickly relieve my joint pain and allows me to continue without one regular pain killers.
