This is my all time favorite CBD product I've tried to date. Anytime I need quality sleep or am having issues falling asleep this will do the trick. I rarely even use the full dose which allows the product to last longer. I usually take one capsule if I just need a bit of help relaxing to fall asleep and then 2-3 to really catch up and get quality sleep to recover. Roughly a half-hour after taking it I can disconnect and relax easing my way into a goodnights sleep. HIGHLY recommend this!

I was so surprised by this product and now it is an essential. I'm interested in trying the morning version because of it. Bonus because the company and brand has phenomenal customer service.
