I really love how these comes come in different flavors as well as colors . It makes it very fun to eat but it also works. I suffer from anxiety and insomnia . I take two before bed and I find myself sound asleep with no interruptions ! The taste is some what a mix between bitter an sweet . You do get a hint of a plant taste but it’s definitely not overpowering .
