I have tried many hemp derived products and I find this company has genuinely the best ones! If you decide to get the PlusCBD Oil Drops you will definitely not be disappointed. The taste is not too strong as you will experience in other mint flavored oils. This tastes really smooth. It calms you down and you can use it also pre- and post workout. I have no problems with my sleep so I will not be able to say much about that. But it is a very effective oil in calming me down.
