Populum is my FAVORITE CBD to take by mouth. It is effective and super delicious, taste like tangerine. Definitely a great starter for those who may not want to taste hemp oil. Also LOVE this minty fresh cooling CBD rub, definitely my favorite out of the many cooling rubs I've tried. It always feels good to relax or do yoga after I put on this cream.
